What if my provider is not supported?

Source availability depends on your provider, account, and the connection paths Carried has enabled. You may be able to upload records instead. Carried does not promise that every source can be retrieved.

Does Carried give medical advice?

No. Carried can organize and explain source records, but it does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a clinician. Seek urgent medical care when a situation cannot wait.

Can I share with family?

Adult patients can choose scoped access for an authorized adult caregiver or personal representative. Some resource-level activity evidence and delivery paths are still in development.

Begin with an account, not a hidden connection

Creating an account does not connect a provider. Any future record request requires its own availability, identity, and consent checks.
